With a Master’s in Healthcare Decision Analysis and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry & Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California (USC),Yagyesh brings a rare blend of scientific depth and business acumen to the Indian health ecosystem. His career began in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry,where he worked at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals and Mirati Therapeutics,leading economic modeling, market access strategy, and global product launches -experiences that have shaped his data-driven, patient-focused first approach.Anvaya Life was born from this global perspective, combining on-ground distribution capability through a vast pharmaceutical network with strategic health expertise to create a new model for high-impact healthcare delivery in India.Under Anvaya, Yagyesh also founded Aarus, the company’s consumer wellness division focused on modern, lifestyle-first nutraceuticals. With Aarus, he is building India’s most trusted wellness brand -one that transforms proven ingredients into joyful daily rituals, starting with Drift, a premium sleep-enhancing hot chocolate designed for today’s high-performance lifestyles.Recognized for his clinical rigor, entrepreneurial mindset, and cross-cultural health insights, Yagyesh is leading Anvaya with a bold vision: to redefine health access and preventive wellness for a new India – one that’s informed, empowered, and evolving.

Hemal Shah is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over three decades of experience in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management. His deep industry expertise spans pharmaceutical sourcing, production, and large-scale operations, making him a key leader in driving Anvaya Life’s vision of delivering high-quality branded generics across India. His career began in pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution, where he successfully managed partnerships with global giants like Bayer, Novartis, and Wander Ltd. His expertise in manufacturing was demonstrated through the setup of a GMP-certified pharmaceutical plant at Marsha Pharma, where he handled production and logistics. As CEO of Koef Packs Pvt. Ltd., he established a high-capacity printing and lamination unit, further showcasing his ability to lead large-scale operations.In his recent role as Vice President of Wonder Drugs Pvt. Ltd., Hemal led product sourcing, supply chain optimization, and new product identification. Previously, as Director of Vitabolik Pharmaceuticals, he spearheaded operations across multiple states in India, strengthening market presence and ensuring seamless pharmaceutical distribution.With his extensive background in business operations, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management, Hemal plays a pivotal role in shaping Anvaya Life’s growth strategy. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding the company’s reach and ensuring efficient pharmaceutical distribution across India
